Thomas is an associate in the firm’s Anti-Fraud and Extra Contractual Litigation Practice Group. He supports clients throughout every stage of the litigation process, taking a strategic and detail-oriented approach to legal research, motion practice, and oral advocacy.

Before joining Meagher + Geer, Thomas served as a law clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, where he gained valuable insight into appellate decision-making and legal analysis.
Thomas earned his J.D., with Honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating tenth in his class. During law school, he was inducted into both the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers.
He also earned a B.A. in Political Science and Letters/Constitutional Studies, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Oklahoma, graduating summa cum laude and earning induction into Phi Beta Kappa.
In addition to his legal practice, Thomas serves as a mentor through the Mentor Externship Program at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. In this role, he is paired with law students to help them gain exposure to the legal profession, develop their skills, and build meaningful professional relationships. Thomas is also a member of Toastmasters International, where he continues to hone his public speaking and communication skills.
Outside the office, Thomas enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and reading.
