Marc is an active litigator who has brought more than 70 jury trials to verdict on matters ranging from soft tissue injuries to wrongful death and catastrophic losses. His extensive practice areas include insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage and personal injury, as well as Uninsured, Underinsured and SIU/Fraud Investigations for various national insurers. He has successfully briefed and argued multiple matters before the Appellate Courts in Illinois, including a matter which created new Statewide protocols controlling the compensation given to physicians participating in the litigation process. He is frequently retained as a Neutral Arbitrator by his peers in UM/UIM disputes and serves as an Arbitrator in the Cook County Law Division Arbitration program.
He received his B.A. in Biology at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1993 and completed his J.D. with Honors at Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1997. While at Chicago-Kent, Marc clerked for then Federal Magistrate Judge Hon. Ronald Guzman in the Northern District of Illinois.
Marc is currently an active member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
