During law school, she gained hands-on litigation experience through externships with the Superior Court of California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and the San Diego City Attorney’s Office.
Before law school, Katie worked as a paralegal in Minneapolis, supporting civil litigation matters and building a strong foundation in case preparation and client service. She holds a B.S. in Biology, with a minor in Religion, from the University of Puget Sound.
