Joshua is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Products Liability practice groups, where he works with clients on complex disputes across the litigation process. He leverages his strengths in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy to tell the story, weave in the law, and build persuasive cases for his clients.

Joshua earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. During law school, he:
- Advanced to the Quarterfinals of the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition,
- Advanced to the Finals in the Florida Bar National Tax Moot Court Competition and was recognized as one of the best oralists in the first four rounds,
- Coached multiple Moot Court teams in oral argument,
- Served as a member of theMarquette Sports Law Review, and
- Was inducted into the 2024 Pro Bono Society for his work with the IRS VITA Program and Bankruptcy Petition Preparation Clinic.
Prior to law school, Joshua graduated magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College with a B.A. in Political Science. He minored in Financial Economics. While at Gustavus, he:
- Was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society,
- Performed as a percussionist in the Gustavus Symphony Orchestra, and
- Studied abroad in Italy, where he explored the country’s art and architecture.
Outside of the office, Joshua values spending time with family and friends. He is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling, live music, attending Minnesota sports games, and being in the gym.
