Joshua is an associate in our Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Products Liability practice groups. His extensive experience in legal research, brief writing, and oral argument allows him to deliver strategic support to clients throughout the litigation process. He takes great pride in telling the story, weaving in the law, and helping clients craft the winning case.
Joshua earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. He was heavily involved in Moot Court, as both a competitor and oral argument coach. He was selected to compete in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition, where he advanced to the Quarterfinals. In his final year of law school, he was a Finalist in the Florida Bar National Tax Moot Court Competition and recognized as one of the best oralists in the first four rounds. Additionally, he served as a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review and was a 2024 Pro Bono Society Inductee for his work with the IRS VITA Program and Bankruptcy Petition Preparation Clinic.
Prior to law school, Joshua graduated magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College with a B.A. in Political Science. He minored in Financial Economics. While at Gustavus, he was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society and was a percussionist for the Gustavus Symphony Orchestra. He also spent time studying abroad, exploring Italy’s art and architecture.
Outside the office, Joshua values spending time with family and friends. He is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling, listening to live music, attending Minnesota sports games, and being in the gym.
