Overview
Experience

Eric is an associate in our Commercial Litigation, Bad Faith Insurance, Insurance and Construction practice groups.

Prior to joining Meagher + Geer, Eric practiced with a firm in San Francisco which focused on insurance defense. Eric contributed to the plaintiff side of the practice as well as various complex litigation cases on behalf of defendant.

Eric earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where also he earned his Intellectual Property & Technology Certificate with honors. While in law school, Eric served as Co-president of the Music Law Society and participated in the Tulane NFL Negotiation Competition.

Eric graduated with a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Law from Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business, where he was a founding member of the On-Cam club. He holds an International Business Certificate.

Outside the office, Eric’s interests includes watching sports, making music and going to concerts.
