In this season for year-end rankings, Meagher + Geer is proud to report that Partners Charles Spevacek’s and Alexander Tibor’s victory in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals for their client Great American Assurance Company in the case of Home Depot’s claim for $50 million in insurance coverage for losses arising from its 2014 data breach has been named by Law360 Insurance Authority as its “Top Commercial General Liability Ruling From the First Half of 2025.”
