Meagher + Geer welcomes Patrick J. Rohl as an associate in its Minneapolis office, joining the Anti-fraud and Extra Contractual Litigation, Catastrophic Loss, Construction, and Insurance groups. Patrick handles large loss litigation, property appraisal disputes, coverage matters, and suspected fraud cases.  He has defended bodily injury claims and worked with Minnesota No-Fault Act disputes involving medical billing and coding. His work includes policy analysis, coverage opinions, and insurer guidance.

He also advises small businesses on transactions and disputes, drafts contracts, negotiates agreements, and consults on franchise and partnership issues, tax appeals, and homeowner association governance. Patrick earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law with a Corporate and Commercial Law certificate, published in the Denver University Law Review, and studied abroad in Rome.
