Meagher + Geer welcomes attorney Joshua M. Petersen to its Minneapolis office

Meagher + Geer is proud to announce Joshua M. Petersen has joined our Minneapolis office as an Associate Attorney in our Commercial Litigation, Construction and Products Liability practice groups.

Joshua brings a strong skillset in legal research, brief writing, and oral advocacy to support clients during litigation. He takes pride in combining storytelling and the law to help craft a winning case.

He earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where he competed in Moot Court, advanced in multiple competitions, coached oral argument, contributed to the Marquette Sports Law Review, and was inducted into the 2024 Pro Bono Society for his volunteer work.Prior to law school, Joshua graduated magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Financial Economics. He participated in the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society, the Gustavus Symphony Orchestra, and studied abroad in Italy.

Outside the office, Joshua enjoys golf, traveling, live music, Minnesota sports events, the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
