The Minneapolis office of Meagher + Geer is proud to participate in the Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) 1L Clerkship Program. TCDIP is a coalition of over 70 Twin Cities law firms and corporate legal departments.

First-year law students have a unique summer clerkship opportunity at Meagher + Geer that combines a traditional law firm clerkship with experience working at an in-house corporate law department. Through this program, students will have the opportunity to work at a law firm in the Twin Cities and spend one “rotation” working in the law department of a major corporation.  This year, the firm is partnering with Ameriprise as its corporate partner.

Applications are now being accepted for the 1L Clerkship Program and will be reviewed as they are received.

The application deadline is January 30, 2026.
