(MINNEAPOLIS) October 22, 2012 — Meagher & Geer partner Rodger Hagen has been inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), a premier organization in the legal industry, its members represent the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. ACTL Fellowship is extended by invitation only, after careful investigation, to experienced trial lawyers who are leaders in the art of advocacy and who are highly respected for their ethical and professional conduct. The induction ceremony took place in New York at the Waldorf – Astoria Hotel.

Rodger joins his colleagues, ACTL Fellows James Roegge (’92), J. Richard Bland (’95) and Barbara Zurek (’07).

Rodger heads Meagher & Geer’s Health Care Professional Liability practice group which defends and tries more medical malpractice cases than any other law firm in Minnesota. This group is ranked in the top tier of medical malpractice defense firms by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers®. Rodger has tried scores of cases to juries throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota.
