Meagher + Geer is proud to announce Ivy Marsnik has joined the firm as an attorney in our Employment practice group. Her practice includes general counseling, litigation, workplace compliance, risk management, internal investigations, and complex employment disputes. Ivy will also support our Real Estate practice group.

Before joining our firm, Ivy worked at a leading civil and complex litigation law firm where she litigated consumer protection cases in federal courts and arbitration tribunals nationwide.  She has also worked with a top employment and civil rights firm and has served as legal counsel and advisor in various positions at the Minnesota State Legislature.

Ivy earned her J.D., with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she received Book Awards in Constitutional Law and Education Law and Policy, the Best Oralist Award, and was routinely on the “A” Dean’s List. She contributed to the Journal of Law & Inequality and served as a Certified Student Attorney at the Community Legal Partnership for Health Clinic. Ivy also holds a graduate degree in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a B.A. from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
