Meagher + Geer is proud to welcome Noel B. Haberek to its Chicago office as Of Counsel.

Noel brings extensive experience in tort defense and general litigation, with a practice that spans matters such as premises liability and medical and nursing home liability cases. He has represented businesses, property owners, and individuals in complex matters involving serious injuries, including traumatic brain injuries.

Noel has significant trial experience, having successfully litigated numerous cases to verdict throughout the state of Illinois. In addition to his trial practice, Noel serves as an arbitrator in the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program.
