Justin represents clients through all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through resolution. His experience includes drafting dispositive motions, conducting depositions, appearing for oral arguments and evidentiary hearings, and analyzing contracts and governing agreements. He regularly advises clients on real estate disputes, partnership and business conflicts, and insurance coverage and extra-contractual exposure.
