Meagher + Geer is proud to announce that Partner Kurt Zitzer has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), an invitation-only organization comprised of leading insurance coverage attorneys in the United States and Canada.

Kurt practices out of the firm’s Chicago and Phoenix offices and serves on the firm’s management committee. He also serves as Practice Chair for the Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability practice groups.

Throughout his career, Kurt has represented insurers in complex commercial insurance coverage, reinsurance, bad faith, and professional liability matters. His election as a Fellow reflects decades of dedication to the practice of insurance law and the respect he has earned among clients, colleagues, and peers.

The American College of Coverage Counsel is a national organization comprised of over 400 preeminent lawyers involved in coverage and extracontractual matters, with Fellows representing policyholders, insurers, and Honorary members from academia. Established in 2012, the College is focused on the creative, ethical, and efficient adjudication of insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, peer-provided scholarship, professional coordination, and improvement of the relationship between and among its diverse members.
