Meagher & Geer is pleased to announce that David Bridges has joined the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in the pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

David is a lawyer in our Catastrophic Loss practice group, focusing on complex civil litigation, including fires, explosions, structural failures, fire protection system failures, product failures and other catastrophic losses and construction-related incidents across the United States. His assignments include forensic investigations of first-property and other catastrophic losses, including fires/explosions involving industrial, commercial and residential facilities.

His credentials are impressive, having earned 17 certifications, past and present. David has conducted examinations of over 1,000 fires as an investigator.  He has been an instructor for more than 36 live training fires.  In addition, he has served as an investigator in eight bombing/explosion incidents.
