In May, 2009, Meagher & Geer’s Catastrophic Loss Group responded to an explosion at Columbus Chemicals, Inc., in Columbus, Wisconsin.   Russ Melton, Darren Hepper, Nisha Taneja and Frank Modich and their team of experts worked on behalf of AIU/AIG, the insurers of Columbus Chemicals, to determine origin and cause of the loss while following a disaster recovery plan to lead to clean-up and the resume of business at the plant.
