Meagher & Geer partner and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) Twin Cities Chapter President, Bradley Jones, will serve on the faculty at the 2016 CLM Twin Cities Chapter Educational & Networking Event. This seminar will provide education regarding when IMEs are available, procedural requirements for IMEs, motion practice, trial issues, emerging trends, and pending legislative changes.
