The American College of Coverage Counsel 8th Annual Meeting offers our great line of speakers and topics virtually, over the course of four days: September 10, 11, 24, and 25. This meeting is open to American College of Coverage Counsel Fellows.
During the second day of the conference, Meagher + Geer Partner Laura Hanson will join a panel in a presentation titled, “Ethical Issues that May Arise in Multi-party Representations.”
The presentation will discuss the unique ethical and business challenges faced by coverage counsel when representing multiple parties in a coverage action. The panelists will share their experiences, and lead a discussion on best practices and practical solutions to manage and resolve these potentially thorny and complex issues.
