Meagher + Geer partner Molly Ryan has been featured in the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Certified Specialist Spotlight, a series highlighting attorneys who have earned certification through the MSBA’s Legal Certification Program.

An MSBA Certified Labor & Employment Law Specialist since 2016, Molly was invited to share her perspective on the value of certification and its role in serving clients. Fewer than 2% of Minnesota attorneys hold specialist certification, a designation that recognizes demonstrated experience, knowledge, and proficiency in a specific area of law.

In the spotlight feature, Molly noted that certification provides independent, third-party recognition of her commitment to employment law and offers clients confidence in the knowledge, skills, and experience she brings to workplace matters.

As a partner in Meagher + Geer’s Employment Services and Commercial Litigation practice groups, Molly has spent more than two decades helping employers navigate complex workplace challenges.
