Danielle is an associate in our commercial litigation, corporate, intellectual property, and insurance practice groups. She is a Los Angeles-based attorney admitted to the California State Bar and brings experience across litigation and entertainment-related matters.
Prior to joining Meagher + Geer, Danielle advised clients on commercial disputes, intellectual property issues, and entertainment industry matters, including serving as local California counsel in litigation involving gaming and media clients. She has experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, managing discovery and filings, and coordinating day-to-day litigation strategy.
Danielle also has a strong background in entertainment law, having drafted and negotiated agreements, managed film and television production matters, and handled intellectual property and rights-related documentation. Her combined legal and business experience allows her to approach client matters with a practical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
Danielle earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School through the selective SCALE Two-Year Accelerated Program, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class. She also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas, in addition to her undergraduate degree.
Outside the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her dog Kingsley, watching reality television, and taking a good exercise class. She is an avid sports fan, always cheering on her hometown teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas Jayhawks.
