Alexa is an associate in the firm’s insurance and safety, toxic tort & environmental practice groups, where she works with clients on complex and high-exposure matters. She supports clients by helping them navigate coverage and litigation challenges with a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach.

Before joining Meagher + Geer, Alexa completed a one-year Minnesota Law Robina Postgraduate Fellowship with Children of Incarcerated Caregivers, where she supported youth impacted by parental incarceration.
Alexa earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, she:
- Served as Lead Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Law, Science, and Technology
- Earned six semesters on the Dean’s List
- Received the Dean’s Distinguished Scholarship
- Was recognized as a Next Edison Public Interest Scholar
- Served as Student Clinic Director for the Innocence Project Clinic
- Contributed more than 100 hours of pro bono service through the Minnesota Justice Foundation
Prior to law school, Alexa graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis, earning a B.A. in Communication with a 4.0 GPA. While there, she held leadership roles and received multiple academic awards, including the Outstanding Performance in Communication Award and the UCD Supporting Public Service Award.

Outside the office, Alexa enjoys crochet and other handicrafts, cooking varied cuisines, and taking long-distance walks with her dog.
