On September 11, Laura Hanson will join a panel in a presentation titled, “Ethical Issues that May Arise in Multi-party Representations” at the Eighth Annual American College of Coverage Counsel Meeting.

The presentation will discuss the unique ethical and business challenges faced by coverage counsel when representing multiple parties in a coverage action. The panelists will share their experiences, and lead a discussion on best practices and practical solutions to manage and resolve these potentially thorny and complex issues.
