Meagher + Geer Partner, Lenae Pederson, will present a live virtual session titled “Preventing and Defending Professional Liability Claims” during the Legal, Regulatory, and Ethical Issues for Minnesota Engineers education live webinar hosted by HalfMoon Education.

Lenae’s presentation will cover topics including reviewing grounds for professional liability claims, identifying who can bring a claim, examining common sources of professional liability claims, reviewing defenses to liability claims, determining damages, and participating in dispute resolution: arbitration, mediation and litigation.

This seminar offers 6.0 PDHs, including 2.0 ethics hours to professional engineers licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
