David focuses his practice on the defense of products liability and toxic tort claims. He has successfully resolved hundreds of asbestos claims and products cases nationwide through motion practice, mediation, negotiation, and trial. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine and is a member of DRI, the national organization of defense trial lawyers and corporate counsel.
Because toxic tort litigation involves complex issues as well as multiple plaintiffs and defendants, I find it fast-paced and interesting. I enjoy the team approach of working with my colleagues and our clients to achieve a favorable result.
Outside the office, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as sports and travel.
