Darren
R.
Hepper
Darren focuses his practice on catastrophic loss and recovery -- offering in-depth defense and subrogation services to clients that face catastrophic losses due to fires, explosions, and chemical releases within the chemical manufacturing and processing industry.
The combination of a law degree and a degree in chemical engineering allows me to quickly tackle complex technical issues, and to retain and work with the best experts.
Before becoming a lawyer, Darren worked as a product development engineer at 3M Corporation and a process development engineer with Dow Corning Corporation. Darren recently completed an advanced cause and origin investigation program sponsored by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). He is also certified as a Hazardous Materials Technician.
