Since the 1960s, the Mass Tort and Product Liability Group has defended a
variety of product liability claims.
Our clients have ranged in size and profile from
multinational manufacturcers to the corner store . The Mass Tort and
Toxic Tort Group presently serves as national defense counsel for two
manufacturing companies, as well as regional / local counsel for eight other
