Molly focuses her practice on commercial litigation – especially employment litigation. She has been named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk in the First Judicial District of Minnesota and as a certified student attorney with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.
I enjoy my practice of law because it offers the opportunity to analyze and resolve complex and often unique legal issues – while working with real people across all spectrums of the business world. I like to learn, to teach, to craft and present legal arguments, and to achieve the best possible results for my clients based on the facts presented.
Molly represents her clients in employment matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before the EEOC and other federal, state and local agencies. She has defended claims alleging discrimination, harassment and retaliation; whistleblower, FMLA and USERRA violations; and defamation, breach of contract, negligence and other statutory tort claims.
Outside the area of employment litigation, Molly also represents and defends clients in various business disputes alleging breach of contract, negligence and numerous state and federal statutory claims.
Outside the office, Molly is committed to increasing awareness and raising money to support research for the treatment and cure of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. As part of this effort, she is a member of A Race Worth Winning-ALS, a non-profit corporation. She also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and participating in various outdoor activities.
