Dorothy (Dot) is a senior associate at the firm and focuses her practice on commercial insurance coverage and complex coverage litigation in Minnesota and around the country.
Dot provides comprehensive legal advice regarding the contractual and extra-contractual liability of her insurance clients. She has handled a wide variety of coverage matters and coverage litigation, including disputes arising under:
- CGL policies
- D&O and E&O policies
- EPL policies
- Umbrella/excess policies
- Surplus lines policies
- Specialty lines
Outside the office, Dot enjoys reading, practicing martial arts, and spending time with her family, which includes two Alaskan Malamutes. She is an active member of the Nokomis East Neighborhood Association, and speaks French and Polish.
