Damon focuses his work in the areas of appellate and motions practice litigation – especially for cases dealing with insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. Through his experience as a law clerk in the Court of Appeals, he brings a valuable "working" knowledge of the court system- from the court and client perspectives.
Outside the office, Damon enjoys spending time with his wife, their German shepherd, and their two cats. He also enjoys travel. Damon is a member of the Upper Midwest Region Shelby American Auto Club and the Mustang Club of America; he is restoring a 1970 Mustang Mach 1.
