Main Biography

Amy focuses her practice on the defense of medical professionals and entities under their professional liability insurance policies.  In addition to her law degree, she holds an MBA.  She is also listed as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.

Amy defends insured healthcare providers against a wide range of claims, including those alleging negligence and lack of informed consent, as well as claims against professionals before their respective licensing boards.  She has been successful in achieving results for her clients through dispositive and non-dispositive motions as well as in mediation and at trial.

Outside the office, Amy enjoys running, traveling and spending time with family and friends.  She is on the board of the 212 Lofts Association.
